Learn how to make Delicious and Flavorful Chinese Recipe 'Mushroom Fried rice' with our chef Archana Arte.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 4)<br />- 4-5 tbsp Oil<br />- 1/4 cup Garlic(chopped)<br />- 4-5 Green Chillies(slit)<br />- 5-6 Spring Onions(chopped)<br />- 1 Tomato(chopped)<br />- 1 Capsicum(chopped)<br />- 1/2 cup Spring Onion Leaves(chopped)<br />- Salt<br />- 1 tsp Soy Sauce<br />- 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce<br />- 200 gms Mushroom(chopped)<br />- 250 gms Rice(cooked)<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Heat oil in a pan, and add chopped garlic, slit green chillies, chopped spring onions, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum and mix it <br />2. Now, add chopped spring onion leaves, salt, soy sauce, chilli sauce and mix it over a high flame <br />3. Add chopped mushroom; mix it and cover it with its lid for around 5 minutes <br />4. After this, add cooked rice to the pan; mix it and serve it hot.
